2. Purchasing Policies

At x14studio, we specialize exclusively in delivering high-quality 3D projects and 2D floor plans with dimensions and elevations, provided in AutoCAD, Rayon, and DWG file formats. Please note that our service does not include structural plans or other construction documentation.

2.1 Working with Professionals

If you wish to bring one of our 3D projects to life, we strongly recommend working with qualified local professionals who can assess the project’s suitability for your location and prepare the detailed executive plans required for construction:

Architect - to prepare architectural drawings based on our 2D & 3D renderings.
Structural Engineer - to perform calculations and design for structural safety.
Plumbing & Electrical Engineers - to create detailed system layouts.
Permit Specialist - to manage building permits and subdivision authorizations.
Construction Supervisor - to oversee the building process on site.

By assembling the right team, you ensure the feasibility, safety, and compliance of your project.

2.2 Important Information Before You Purchase

Because our 3D renderings and 2D floor plans are sold worldwide, we recommend using construction materials and systems similar to those shown in the delivered 3D model. Your local architect and/or civil engineer should prepare the final construction specifications to achieve the closest possible match.

Before selecting a project, please ensure your land dimensions meet the requirements provided. If your plot is smaller than specified, the project may not be feasible.

All sales are final, no cancellations, refunds, or changes are accepted after payment.
If you wish to choose a different project after purchase, a new transaction will be required. Only proceed with payment if you are completely certain about your selection.

By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2.3 Customer Responsibility

We are not responsible for any misuse or misinterpretation of the materials provided. It is your responsibility to confirm that the project is viable for construction at your location and that it complies with all local building codes, regulations, and requirements.

We strongly encourage you to review the “Project Details” section before purchasing. This section explains file formats, contents, and delivery methods. Projects are sent via email and stored in your user panel under the “Downloads” folder.

Purchasing an architectural project grants you the right to use it solely for your own construction or through a hired construction company. All copyrights remain the exclusive property of x14studio. Sharing, reproducing, or using any project for commercial gain without permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that results from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

We may remove or cancel the service at any time without notice. You agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products delivered are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall x14studio, our directors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, arising from your use of any product or service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
